Overview: This project was a massive undertaking where we essentially had to start from scratch. I worked in tandem with a Creative Director to create a brand identity manifesto that highlighted the innovative technology that was being used and developed, while integrating human elements that highlighted the diverse team that had been created and cultivated. After the manifesto was created, we got to work and I had to write net-new copy for the new wireframes that were made. This included the home page, services, 11 case studies, a team page that included bios for every team member, and more. It was a challenging six weeks, but incredibly rewarding seeing the fruit of so much time and strategy work take root.

Veriff Brand Refresh: Trust From The First Hello

Overview: Veriff underwent a brand refresh in 2021 where they wanted to establish some distance from their competitors. We worked in tandem with a branding agency to create a brand manifesto and brand identity. My role was integrating the new brand systems into our already existing content and ensuring consistency across our product pages. This entailed copywriting and copyediting already existing pages and aligning them with our new brand strategy, and using that new identity to establish a brand style guide. 

Red Bull Activation

Services: UX Copywriting 

Overview: I wrote the UX copy for an augmented reality soccer game designed to engage Gen Z soccer fans. The challenge, "Score Like Trinity," blended real-world athleticism with digital interaction by incorporating professional soccer player Trinity Rodman as a virtual coach. My role was to craft compelling, clear, and motivating copy that guided users through the experience. I focused on creating a voice that reflected Trinity's charisma while ensuring the instructions were straightforward, the feedback felt real-time, and the overall tone was energetic and encouraging. This helped drive user engagement, elevating the AR game into an immersive, fun experience while reinforcing Red Bull’s brand as the champion of adventure and performance.

Patrón Holiday Activation

Overview: While at Rose, Patrón approached our team looking for an AR holiday activation. Alongside Rose’s Creative Director we ideated, concepted, and presented several ideas before landing on the one they moved forward with. Additionally, I contributed the UX copy for the activation that went live.
